At Boston Proper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid USPS or FedEx return shipping label and print it at home.

• 3.
  Pack the Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
